How would an owner financing loan look like if a home is for sale for $399,000?

I was able to set and get the rent high enough at the AZ home to cover both the orginal mortgage and the equity loan.  

I recommend finding a property that needs some updating, and not not using conventional mortgage- but rather a hard-money loan.

Establish interest reserve for each loan so there are no non performing loans to report2.

The year before informing me of this divorce he had begun to secretly take out several loans on our joint banking accounts and against 2 of the 3 paid off vehicles then didnt pay them.

Often owners need these documents to be able to apply for a loan, a refinance or the like.

Im looking at DSCR loans and possible other hard money ideas.

Your loan size will also effect the rate as a lot of the better non-qm financing have loan mins etc.
