With the market like it is, if you are only relying on MLS listings it is pretty unlikely you’re going to find something that cash flows for you.If it were that easy everyone would do itTry listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast starting with episode 1.

Listen to podcasts, read blogs, etc... and reach out to authors... then Zoom :)

I would recommend you start by listening to BiggerPockets podcasts, watching BiggerPockets webinars, reading books about real estate, and attending events in your area.

I would listen to all of the househacking podcasts out there like “the househacking podcast” “househacking success” “BP real estate podcast” “BP real estate rookie” and etc.

I would recommend you read books and listen to podcasts on real estate.

So far they have not heard back from tenants, but if our tenants are indeed impacted by the lockdowns/virus and can’t make rent, our PM will reach out to us and we are willing to listen and work it out.
