There are a ton of different "schools" offering the course, and even a few that will knock it out in two long weekends as opposed to one night a week for a few months.

I contacted the listing agent,on my property, and received a lot of information since she was the one who sold the home to the foreclosed owners  There is no reason you can not knock on the door and see if their are occupants and maybe get a peek inside The fact that you know the home and the work that has been done mitigates your risk somewhat.

I heard people saying that you need to find this deals directly,What you seeing on those apps Zillow Trulia is not relevant,And it doesn't make sense to me, even if 2% is good u have plenty and you don't have to go door knocking ...
