Pretty much a full renovation: Refinished floors, all new paint, kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, gutted both bathrooms, new tile in bathrooms, tile shower, new vanitys, carpet, exterior paint, new garage, the whole nine yards.

I usually have GFI added in the kitchen, the bath(s) and for ungrounded props, usually at least on leg in the living areas.
