Just FYI I found an app that's called DPA Search and you can find all down payment assistance programs by state and county. 

This design was created with an app on my iPhone, definitely editable so please discuss potential short comings of the design.

I analyze deals regularly but I get confused about the list price versus what an app like Trulia or Zillow will say is the median market price for a neighborhood.

However recently a neighbor though our neighborhood app was seeking a one bedroom rental for 3 months while her daughters family uses her home and looks for their own.  

Independent third party private contractors, like mobile notaries and RE appraisers...Buyers pay for the showing via Iphone 30 minutes prior to the showing so that the Facilitator doesn't waste a trip to the property.

I honestly have no idea what I am doing yet or even what I'm taking about haha, but I am finding this app to be very helpful so far, and I'm watching some YouTube videos and reading blogs as well.
