because with the way the internet is today anybody that wholesales, fix and flip, buy and hold,or has anything to do real estate, you have to find way to more efficient by spending less time trying to do paperwork or making offers one by one.you want spend more time completing deals and making more money.so with that said, in the future i will be trying to look for the best software or program to see if it can help me improve in my real estate wholesaling business. and i will be telling people what i have tried to see if it is good or not until that day comes when i finally find that company or person that delivers on their promises and really helps me in my quest to become more efficient and be able to have more time to complete wholesale deals on a larger scale anywhere in the states from my computer. i do not want a 3000.00 to 5000.00 course on wholesale or flipping property. wholesaling is to easy to spend money on something i already have plenty of education in.if you guys come across anything bring it to this forum.
