Inventory is incredibly tight in the DC area right now.  

I LOVE IT, and I'm learning a ton from it and connecting with all sorts of incredibly talented people when it comes to their profession.

You will be old and tired one day and you will need income to sustain yourself.At 19, one can not understand that life is short, but long enough to live.At 19 today, you have infinite knowledge, and accessibility (thank you internet), you just don't have the experience to see the cycles of life.

And the ongoing expense structures aren't the same either:  cable, internet, maybe Netflix, all utilities, landscaping, etc.  

It’s incredibly important for the person/company who conducts the title search to be thorough, accurate and experienced.

A small retailer has such overhead and with internet competition makes it difficult to be rewarded for the time involved and financial committment.

I have a very long holding period on this project since it was incredibly difficult to find an available contractor. 

Some agents buy internet leads and others work the people they know for referrals. 

Tax laws are incredibly lucrative.

if you learn things on the internet you need to be beware of the people on there.
