The argument in cases like yours is that the per diem is for something, ergo we must assume it all gets spent on that something, but that EXACT same argument would nuke VA disability income (people with disabilities incur expenses that me with my 2 eyes and all 4 limbs do not), so why are they treated differently?

Trail cams.If you go on the cheap get a couple and point them at each other so that when the yahoo pulls one down another one catches them (this is the cheap catch them later route).

Usually, the cheapest way to develop a property is to continue the use - IE: if it was a dentist, get another doctor, dentist, eye doctor, vet, etc as a tenant.
