Bit ignore the last 12 month or few years.

These gut feelings should never be ignored. 

Or pay a lot for the convenience of ignorance.

However, I wouldn't do that because it puts the cart before the horse and ignores the specifics of our individual markets. 

Although I've met a lot of great people through this experience, I've ignored my real estate investing career and this amazing bought and paid for asset that I've owned for nearly 3 years now.

While some of them are rapidly improving, most of them still fully ignore major pieces of a business.

No doubt this is due in part to my ignorance of the situation.As it relates to the TA I am forming, I'm not sure of the best course of direction to take here as to build a good solid direction to take this relationship in that is profitable and legal for all parties.
