Again, simply using the example above, it is easy to understand how excluding $10k of income can change your debt to income ratio which might cause a loan denial.If I had a dime for every 1003 I reviewed from the LO's that use to work for me who failed to properly identify property, which then usually means it defaulted to SFR, I would have a lot of dimes.

They will need to get creative to solve the problems faced, a sinking fund won't cut it and it will take decades to revive but I'm sure there are profits to be made for those who can identify the diamond in the rough. :)

My only suggestion is finding something on the bleeding edge of the developing area and hope the gentrifcation swings your way or become a community activist and make it swing your way.
