If Cash Buyer wants his property lawyer to register the deal how would I explain to him that I'd need my lawyer or title company to do the deal?

Would this then just revert the trustee back to the title company that was the original trustee on the Deed Of Trust?

That doesn't include the expense of selling the property, title work, things you didn't expect to go wrong etc., etc.Also, HML's don't lend at 5%.

Find one that can offer you leads and training as well as all the supporting connections such as a good lender, title company, inspectors, appraisers, etc.Also when interviewing with various teams look to see if you think your personality will be a good fit for that office/team.

I used two banks for this and it was easier with the credit union but only because the title is in my personal name.
