I instantly went into hunt mode.

For me it is "The Hunt".

I have been hunting for deals all over Northwest Indiana and I'm absolutely getting them.

The hunt is on though.

This is an added expense of $65 per month, but they'll hunt the borrower down for me with collection calls, etc.

Don't forget to check into Homeowners insurance, if the place is to bad you may find yourself hunting for insurance. no insurance no loan.
