I was debating this the other day with a friend of mine - why is it that investors seem to really be focusing on finding as many deals as humanly possible?

I have worked in the medical field, the health insurance industry, and most recently the automotive industry.

I work in human resources for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I am also a student  at Santa Fe college.

May be i can pay for a Cherry bucket and get a Dr's letter that says the privacy and health reason.

“Latent defects” are defined as: Material defects in real property or an improvement to real property that:(1)A purchaser would not reasonably be expected to ascertain or observe by a careful visual inspection of the real property; and(2)Would pose a direct threat to the health or safety of:(i) the purchaser; or (ii) an occupant of the real property, including a tenant or invitee of the purchaser.Here is the relevant section from MD Annotated Code 10-702: The State Real Estate Commission shall develop by regulation a single standardized form that includes the residential property condition disclosure and disclaimer statements required by this subsection.

The human, helping out a family member side of you say to do it.  

Banks won't lend on them for usually health and safety reasons.

With my mothers health on the decline, I have not been able to work full time.
