I actually have, but I'm seeking just a bigger cross-section- Typically like an environment/chatroom/website that has a section for international investors who are interested in beach access lots for personal construction. 

It's getting tougher to find deals that make sense in this environment.

I've been in the Chicago burbs for over 35 years and Cinci is so laid back compared to Chicago...I worked a few years downtown on Michigan Ave and the hustle-bustle is just insane...I didn't enjoy that environment. 

Having held Senior Leadership roles in rigorous environments that are intense I'm accustomed to adjusting quickly, planning & execution in large scales relating to facility health, contractors, employees and volume.

It’s a tricky environment for developers in the retail and office space right now so location is paramount. 

Through that research project I learned that although many companies offer modular SFRs and large multifamily styles (and even barracks, hotels, etc) designed for "West Coast" environments, there are limited options for small multifamily builds.

I needed class environment; especially to dumb down the math components.

In this current RE environment (Dec 2009) are you buying RE or selling?

For example, the combination of strong job growth, lack of significant construction, and neglected properties create a great environment for rent growth and appreciation.

Unfortunately the location isnt the most sought after but I cured that by catering to the people who care about the environment and by making it a pet friendly environment with a 3 acre dog park.
