They point out that health insurance plans pay out $95 or $97 in claims for every $100 in insurance premiums collected, but title insurance only pays out less than $20 by that same metric, leading to an unusually large profit margin. 

I use a consistent format to talk about each document, pointing out "pain points" along the way, and ensuring they DO understand, in the moment, what our expectations are.

There are just so many variables it is hard to shop...I feel your pain as I am very much a shopper myself.   

It’s nature of business - typically most case law does allow the borrower only to collect actual damages, so no pain and suffering type of lawsuits.

Still a total pain, but easier to cope with :-)

I pay  $35.00 to a third party to do a back ground check ,I let them decide based on numbers ,and all information  that effects the health of the renter approved or not approved .it's a good way to keep distance from the application .
