Just before closing, underwriter not believing my wife and I would live in a 4-plex when we tried to fha house-hack.

I'm trying to get an FHA loan to buy my first property, which I plan on house hacking.

I'm 19, and I don't have a job and I've been looking in to buying a house so I could house hack and my concern is that how long would it take me to get a loan.

If you go back to Bragg, you can purchase another house using your VA loan (I'm single so I would house-hack but not sure how your wife would feel about that), and continue renting out the other property.

I am currently house hacking/BRRRR a duplex in downtown Savannah Georgia.

Looking to BRRRR on multi's or house hack in a more affordable area.
