If I have enough household members that we need 4 bedrooms, I'd definitely want more than 1 bathroom.Is it normal to not have grass in the outdoor area?

When I purchased my system: 1) the prices were much higher 2) CA had a big tax rebate 3) the fed tax rebate was limited to I believe $2k (this limit was removed in the great recession).  

Also Fed comments looks to mention labour productive would be low til next decade.

Land is not depreciable.If the numbers you presented were accurate - I come up with a tax of around $6,000(Fed + State).

I happen to be at the right place at the right time when the seller was finally fed up and wanted out.

I'm not incredibly familiar with Baltimore, but what class of housing (A, B, C, D) would you say Fed Hill/Locust Point qualify as?

(I'm not gonna touch on tax benefits or amortization)As for appreciation, it is my personal opinion that similar to stocks, majority of the profits are due to the Fed's massive printing of money, thus the current situation of inflation and once they stop purchasing mortgage backed securities in March, will cause a massive correction, if not the beginning of a crash.
