I'm in wallkill, we should grab a coffee one morning.

Hustle some cash; wash cars, mow lawns, clean gutters, paint fences, help people move, even unskilled there are a million casual things you could do to grab a few hundred a week.

I'm going to grab lunch with a RE attorney in 2 weeks...will post what I learn from him in this thread just to close the loop.

I wouldn't weight that too heavily given that it was 5 years ago as long as there is nothing since.I know a girl who got charged with DUI, obstruction and assaulting a police officer.

One of my college girls gave me a stuffed skunk as a gag gift, I won't mention what some of the gag gifts were from the guys.

I feel like I need to see the “after” video, so I can get rid of my desire to grab my hazmat suit and a shovel and get to work 😂

Don't just grab any old form off the Internet.  

But remember that styles change often so grab an extra box to stick in the basement for future repairs.  

This wasn't super surprising to me as I realize how expensive real estate gets in the city, however it was still somewhat disappointing as my ideal plan was to purchase at least a duplex and rent out the one half of it.Given the position that I'm in (recent college grad/young professional who works in the city), what would you guys and girls recommend that I do?
