you just might see less cashflow, but it will still cashflow if you buy it right.I like investing in lower income communities because those houses have a great deal of demand, you can usually get closer to 2% monthly rent, and a newly flipped house grabs lot's off attention from the neighbors, they usually start asking about the sales price before it's even rehabbed.Well, if you have any questions just send me a PM.
