I put in really high end materials on this one, brought in subs to check every single corner of the house and overall did a really good rehab (At least this was the feedback everyone left).

However, if you want to be generous and build a good relationship with the new owner, giving them for free could be a nice gesture.

What I mean here is that if you know someone in a "City X"...but that city may not have as good as numbers as "City Y"...then stick with "City X"...the city where you know people.
