I would add that even if your brother becomes the PM as part of your joint business, I would set compensation for that work separate from the partnership split.

@Kathy Villagomez aside from what has already been said make sure there is a jointly and severly liable clause in the lease.

I suspect that a court would disregard the prenup and consider the entirety as joint.
