This is a funny timing post - I got an e-mail on mine today that it had dropped 2 points from 850 to 848, and I know it is because I'm working on a purchase right now that pulled a hard inquiry.

I confused what I read from a book and that Video I saw the other day here and on that video it talked about borrowing money from the homeowner lmao....funny video....

Funny thing is they are usually worth lots.Hate to admit I would have bought more had I not listened at least a little.

The funny thing is they all said they same thing about all the mail they get form people wanting to buy their houses.I believe that eventually I will be able to assign a contract to a buyer in my area for 2 reasons.1.

Funny how confident you are in these deals when you don't seem to have any of your own money in them.
