Does this service exist?

Generally all carriers are now requesting the building to be insured to the full replacement cost which is determined by the carrier.

It is also a little riskier inasmuch as you need to cover the debt service, whereas buying all cash you only need insurance and tax money.

So you're saying to pull the managing members for the LLC off of a service like Opencorp and then skiptrace the name of the member specifically? 

This is why I would never buy in a residential neighborhood where people live there full time as their primary residence, especially one with an HOA.
