pros and cons to fix and flip a brick or stone house to a regular siding house?

My rental home has a messed up approach to the driveway that was not properly patched by the previous owner and I didn't have the funds to fix it while I lived there.

I’m sure I’m forgetting about a few other small fix/upgrades. 5 years after owning the home we decided we needed a bigger house and sold it in ONE DAY (technically not even 24 hours) leaving us scrambling to find a new home, which was very stressful and not fun since we hadn’t even stated looking yet.

Though, they may have the crews necessary to fix up the homes with extensive damage.

And there is no way to fix that in a short online reply, sorry. 

This also hints that there are two easy ways to fix this double counting.

Then start researching construction loan products in your state incl. fixed rate one-step because interest rates are rising, and find one that let's you borrow WITHOUT the land. 

But realistically if you provided the appliance and it breaks, you need to fix it or replace it. 

Late to the conversation but for me the correct way to fix plaster is to remove it! 

I have seen swat teams raid neighboring units managed by slum lords who didn't screen tenants, I have dealt with abusive boyfriends putting my tenant in the hospital, broken down cars (which leads to them missing work because they can't afford to fix the car, which then leads to them loosing their job and then getting behind on rent), being threatened with a gun (guy lifted up his shirt showing me the gun in his belt), to countless sob stories.
