You're doing the right thing by getting your feet wet with wholesaling, let that flip come naturally don't feel like you have to force it to happen because that's a whole nother ballgame.

I am gravitating towards Joshua Tree and the surrounding area but I had a few questions for those with properties and experience out there.1) There are A LOT of properties out there, do you feel like the area is over-saturated with AirBnbs or are there enough bookings to go around?

Feels steep to me.

I have read through everything.However, I still feel like there is some type of value to using the monthly cash flow (not pulling any additional cash out of my pocket each month) to pay down the debt and thus build equity.
