I’m sure in the following 23 years I would have been able to build up at least a $10M portfolio with a ton of owner financed deals and some traditionally financed properties as well given how inexpensive properties were then where I live.

I've been living in the house with one roommate paying $600 of the mortgage.

Opened up the wall that separated the kitchen and living room to make it more spacious and open concept.

My problem is trying to save enough money for the downpayment on the next property, since living expenses hold me back from saving as much as possible.

Currently living in South Georgia I have noticed a lot of people coming from Florida buying in my area.
