I groggily rubbed my eyes and was just about to get up and walk her to the window where the "bush was rubbing" just as my toe hit the floor, the basement door right across from our bedroom door started shaking rather loudly and the handle was twisting very fast back and forth.

Earlier today, we had some guy here trying to convince people that he could show them how to make money with their eyes closed.

Over the last 8 months I have been reading a few books, doing research and just keeping and eye on the real estate market.I have found it to be incredibly addicting and interesting learning about RE investment strategies.

You need to see it with your own eyes and hire your own inspector and contractor if you need bids.Just get 5 bids on any project and you soon understand that there is no standard to how much things cost...

I don't want to limit myself to just NE mass but I think for my first deal I'd like to just get comfortable with the process and be able to walk through it and keep an eye on my property/work on it myself.I think you may be overestimating the kind of investment I can pull of right now.

I have been keeping a watchful eye for a bit just to be sure the site isnt full of con artist and ads.

It’s ok to speculate as long as you do it with your eyes open and know that you are taking a much greater risk in hoping for that reward. 8)

The effectiveness is suspect as you are actually going to be slower off the mark than the local wholesalers.Consider a local partner who can be your eyes and ears.

This was a real eye opener for me!
