what about bank REO?

Have been told with high number of foreclosures, REO could be easy route to take. Using one of the suggested write offers using REO and then re-sell to other investors. I have very litte free time.

Have secured Hard Money lender approval for posssible Rehabs. Do not have time for this option --- to wait 3 -6 months for rehab completion.

Would like to secure first deal within 45 days. Any responses. Many thanks
