Hey BP Community,                      Im a new agent on the gulf coast struggling to get my first listing.

Hi Folks,I bought a property in Harrisburg, PA about a few months back with a conventional loan on my name.I would want to transfer the property to my single member LLC.

I would focus on raising your income up before doing anymore investing.

I never imagined I would sell or refinance the 2 best ones because I have 2.65% mortgages on them and they cash flow well, but want to make sure my equity is working up to it's ability for me. 

Do you research them ahead of time on Facebook or other social media?

One word - EQUITYPARTNERIF the properties are in “good” condition $50k should be plenty in reserve.  

By far the BIGGEST THING I wish could have learned earlier and I am still working on is avoiding other peoples mistakes, by taking their advice.
