So if you are willing to invest a fair amount of money in something to just have it pay for your free vacations occasionally, you have a safe bet, but if your goal is to make money, self management would be the most secure way to go, if one or both of you is willing to learn how to promote your cabin on social media, rental platforms, etc.

Biggest issue is that most 0% credit card deals only offer the promotion for the first year (max I've seen is 21 months) then go up to their normal awful rate, AND charge a 3% fee on the money, so it pretty much wipes out any upside
