New member from MA looking to invest in Jacksonville FL

Hello all,

My name is Tony, and am from central Massachusetts. Hoping to network with people from the Jacksonville Florida area. I currently own one SF rental in the Fort Myers area, and although it is doing very well, the home prices have risen substantially over the last few years steering me away from new acquisitions in that area for now.

I will be flying into Jacksonville the first full week of December and am looking for an investor friendly agent, and also property managers.
