My husband and I are looking to invest in some buy and hold rental properties in Lubbock, TX.

I wanna make up a number report , i wanna know where would i find the holding fees and closing costs ?

We believe we have about $17,000 equity, and we could easily wholesale this deal, retail it, or hold it long term.

I've been bouncing around here for a few months trying to soak up info and am looking to do the same type of buy and hold investments.
