We recently decided to sell our condo in California (still at the very beginning stages) and want to buy some property with multiple units.

Next will be the Oxford on the Blue bio science corridor that is in the blue print stages.

At this stage we are trying to gain more insight into different neighborhoods in and around the Orlando area that may be suitable for our goals.

I learned about staging a house, tips on selling a home quickly, and other niches. it was a common trick for ranking high and getting a readership to title something '5 Quick Tips for Selling a Home as a Wholesaler.'

I have a lead that just contacted me they are in the pre forclosure stage the property is located in a very nice subdivision in Grand Prairie TX I'm planning on walking thru the property  some time tomorrow evening.

Now comes the equity raise stage . . .

Still in the planning stages so appreciate the input to help me think through it.

I've spent way too much time in the 'analysis paralysis' stage, and it's time for me to just execute and be OK with not trying to get everything perfect on my first deal.I'm primarily interested in cash flow, and I intend to be reasonably hands off (I have a full time job, so I don't have a lot of spare time).
