Two units are a complete gut job with complete electrical, plumbing supply, drywall install.

Electrical and plumbing issues come up.

Higher loads (range, electric furnace, ac condensor, etc.) may require larger gauges.One issue with these older cables is the ground wire sizing.  

Would love some opinions on this one.  2-family built in 1920's, plumbing/heating updated last 5 years, electric updated last 15-20 years.  

Existing duct work was out of code and previous water heater was electric.  

More land would need to be cleared, plumbing electricity and a gravel road put in to put in more pads. 

Landlord said everything was good, we just had to call the electricity & the gas companies and start new service.These services got turned on and these things I listed above did not work.

We removed 60 yards of debris. that included no finish work, no plumbing electrical or HVAC.

The electric has not been paid in nearly 2 monthes and is scheduled to be shut off by the city.
