We both used our strengths, planned, compromised and communicated along the way to make sure both individuals needs were met.

Knock on the door of the tenant and tell them the situation, keep the communication open with them, sign a new lease if you agreed to let them stay.

As I said initially, the fix is in and the tenant is aware that we're going to have to communicate better, so all is good in that regard. 

All you have to do is be patient, provide a good product, marekt it well online with great pictures, communicate to prospective tenants about great customer service and the good tenants will come and stay!

She is willing to sell, we already agreed to a price and all but.......she has a daughter living in the house that would not leave, talk or communicate in any ways with her mother.
