With some of the stuff said on this site and some of the opinions combined with the litigation happy society we live in I am pretty sure someday a BP post will end up in front of a Judge.

Could be loads of negatives but we would need more info to tell you our opinion. 

I found a great deal locally, and wanted to get an opinion from anyone who may be more experienced with financing in regard to obtaining financing on two single family homes on a single parcel. 

I know a lot of my tastes/opinions are not those of the majority so if I remodeled a house to my liking, it wouldn't appeal to as large an audience as it could.

. :) I am excited to be joining you all on this journey of education to elevation, final destination financial freedom. 

I have also encountered some condominium complexes which indicate ventless dryers are required.They biggest problem we have encountered with ventless dryers is (re)educating tenants to think a little differently about how they do laundry.  

I am submitting this for opinion of the experienced flippers here on BP. 

And I'm afraid the property may require high repair fee after the tenant moved out if that person is not neat.Thank you all of the opinions.
