Financing two SFH on a single parcel

Hello everyone!

This is my first post on the BP forums.  I found a great deal locally, and wanted to get an opinion from anyone who may be more experienced with financing in regard to obtaining financing on two single family homes on a single parcel.  Looks like a great deal if I can figure out financing for it.  Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed-thank you!
