I suspect if it's based on our location when registering our Zillow id, I have no problem when querying surrounding areas but always got the 501 errors when searching for an address that is on the other side of the country, also it could be related to the Zillow branding compliance guideline, trying to reach out to Zillow and see if I could get an answer.

So, I always recommend that investors choose a place they can be successful, rather than a random market thousands of miles away that they picked based on some formula.

I do get quite a few off market deals and can send them your way based on your criteria.

But it shouldn't be anything silly like drawing it out for years or only paying $50 a month.

Faster draws 

Be cautious of investors who give you advice based on market prices they paid years ago when the profit margins were higher.  

To your point, they are about to develop a massive battery plant between Statesboro and Savannah so that was another draw to that area.
