There are some that are currently rented out even now.There is a beautiful 3/2 6000 sq ft home that sits on a hill, and you can see it from the Highway.Also a 2/1 living quarters with a private office, is inside the barn.It does have 2 Show areas, with a judge tower and spectator seating as well.As you can see, there are quite a few streams of income for an investment property.

In our business model, properties will be funded through private lenders or hard money lenders (with some capital invested by us), so time is of the essence in these deals.

If anyone really knew when it's a good time to buy, that person would be living in a nice private island sipping margaritas.One thing buffet never worries about is interest rate timing and taxes.

Check with different types such as small regional bank, community banks, private mortgage lenders, big banks, etc.  

In order to get a loan to do this (since I am self employed) we may need to go with a private lender as opposed to a conventional mortgage, so we would need a larger down payment.
