KNOXVILLE: Looking for experienced rehab partner

Hello all,

My wife and I currently have 5 rental properties, and we would like to buy more, but we're very aware that our money will run out unless we generate more capital. We would like to generate some more investment capital by partnering with an experienced rehabber on a flip. We have the capital to invest with a partner, but we need someone who is experienced at estimating the costs, managing contractors, etc. Depending on the property, we can either provide all the cash or part of it. If you're interested, please private message me and we can talk more about it.
