@Daniel Brown doubt you can find a middle ground when you are that far apart.I’d suggest just saying you’re having a hard time getting close to that number and say you’d be willing to pay close to what an experienced self-storage appraiser would value it at.

Buddy, I wish that was illegal, but, then I wouldn't know any highly motivated realtors...seriously, I get calls like yours 2-10X a week, from the biggest firms in the industry...if it was illegal or they could be sued, I doubt any billion dollar companies would be exposing themselves to such liability...but, im not a lawyer, so you should probably spend a few hundred dollars consulting with one just to make sure, after all you don't want the super secret realtor swat team to come get you, right?

Steve...this statement borders on comical.Wasn't doubting your abilities, however, last deal guy living in OR got a call from FTB when he sold his OR property. 

You should clarify this as it seems doubtful this lender would give such a deal.You monthly insurance cost seems low.

I doubt you'll see a title policy at closing since generally it's not prepared until after the deed and mortgage, if any, are recorded. 

For me its simply not worth the extra agro.4:Cleaning and maintenance: No doubt you will need the right team.
