I am very interested in being a bird-dog for investors to know what they are doing.

I tell a lot of aspiring wholesalers that if they arent ready to jump in and get started then they should bird dog for other wholesalers or investors first and learn the process.

I would use any source that would bring me a deal (the ones listed plus bird dog, FSBO, etc.). 

I'm working on pet pee, dog smell, and some mold. 

Suggesting perhaps the dog needs attention or reminding them of a violation if there are quiet hours.
