I want to talk to the seller directly if not listed or the listing brokerage and see WHAT is the motivation to sell?

I get calls all of the time from agents who have buyers that want to "Just measure the curtains" or "Wanted to see the Basement again to see if a pool table will fit" or "want to count how many energy efficient light bulbs they need to buy" or "To see if their camper will fit in the garage"The answer is always the same "I'm sorry we are unable to accommodate that request due to everything going on at this time".
