I wanted to make sure that I took this time to introduce myself and emphasize the seriousness, dedication, and devotion I have to become successful in REI.

But, I do not want to fall into a scam trap.Thoughts???

I am looking at levering my self directed IRA with this, but if there is an up front fee that doesn't tie to something tangible its a scam. 

So any scam they are running or a valid lease that is not arms length will be most likely invalidated and thrown out by a judge.

A few years ago they stopped the kitchen and bath remodels and devoted all of their time to the rentals, and started flipping houses over the past year.

I'm thinking the public is getting use to seeing WE BUY HOUSES signs everywhere and starting too think this is a scam.  

I have never met so many scamming contractors in my life as I have here.
