Isnt the program fully defined and released yet?

Other than the land component, is the infrastructure at the community (roads, pads, water & sewer lines, etc.) eligible for depreciation over a 15 year period?

The way the decisions are made, the alternatives not being clearly defined, the costs and benefits not accurately weighed.

My opinion is that MF have slightly better cash flow, but because the quality of the San Diego RE purchase is primarily defined by the value of any value add, the discount at purchase, and the appreciation, that it is more about finding the good property than if it is SF or MF.  

At this point in your life you are at a humbling crossroads — one that’s character-defining and legacy-building.

Because property policies are often packaged with a liability component A lot of people think they are one in the same.
