Either you qualify or you don't; trust comes when the underwriter looks at your credit report and sees that you pay people back.Bottom line is if the numbers work with your taxes, a comp rental schedule while factoring in a vacancy loss, the income works.Stephanie

I understand that the credit agreement, loan doc, etc. will have defined terms that would most likely answer this question, but for now, let's ignore any comments about reviewing the loan docs.Has anyone ever tried this approach?

One girl has credit score of 400, her supposed boyfriend has credit score of 650, 2 other adults will also be moving in with them, which is the height of our limit of 4 people per room, I don't know the other 2 credit scores yet but of course I'll screen.
