I am looking for suggestions for lenders, property managers etc, and Realtors that I would be able to connect with.I appreciate everyone's help!

Putting my "biggerpockets hat" on i thought id try to connect with them in case they were an investor that i could learn from for my future endeavors! 

I certainly led me to thinking that residential assisted living homes (RALs) may be a valid investment venture to dive into over the next few years.That being said, I am interested in connecting with anyone who has had any experience with RALs, and similar types of settings, specifically within the states of New York and New Jersey.

Hi im new and a beginner in real estate investing, i too am learning how to use OPM, in your situation seems hard for you to meet or connect with other REIs and lenders, maybe you can try house hacking first by buying a multi unit property (2-4 units)you live in one unit, rent the others, and eventually you can earn cash flow to help pay your mortgage by charging rent to tenants, then u use your own equity to get your second property and so on.
