Regardless, I don’t believe the MLS is a fertile ground for wholesaling properties as wholesalers tend to add value when they deal with properties that brokers can’t, or don’t want to sell, such as those in war zones, very low priced, or needing extensive repairs.

@Scott Anderson- I was able to speak with someone yesterday and worked out an extension in the escrow balance amount for 3 years which helped, but the payment is still $400 more per month than my current payment even with the extension

You could ask the seller if they would be willing get the extensions as part of the contingency.Bank financing will depend on the property, the tenant mix and your financials.
