I figured I can use the education from the courses, which is 75 hours here in NY. 

Throughout this pandemic I have really been putting my efforts into real estate investing education.

I can help the family member with education, resources, links. 

I will be signing up with Rockwell for my continuing education for my RE license which is due in Feb. 22.I wish you all the luck and success in the world.

I have, he’s a fantastic CPA really helpful and very educated. 10/10 recommend. 

Do you have any property management experience in or educated enough to handle that.

A lot of the education (books, podcasts, forums, etc) I've been taking in thus far seem to generally encourage a few things when looking for a market and a deal-Get intimately familiar with that market.

@Haven OusleyFar too many people new to the real estate field neglect education and attempt to “learn on the job”.

I feel id be better served to arm myself with the best chance for success by beginning with first educating myself on the basic's of the industry's vocabulary / basic strategy's through reading a few books.
