Family member needs housing
Is there any way to help out a family member with a home for them to live in that does not increase my liability as an owner? I wouldn't kick them out, therefore I should not be their landlord. I can help the family member with education, resources, links. Has anyone done this successfully? Can I use a lien to secure any monies I invest/help with? Thanks in advance.
